Terms, privacy and adult eligibility
You confirm that you are at least 18, accept the Mobile Terms of Use and acknowledge receipt of the Privacy Policy. These acknowledgements do not authorize all personal-data processing. Optional choices start unchecked; an existing valid recorded choice may be restored without being treated as new consent.

PH Art & Culture Consulting SRL uses the health information you provide, including body measurements, food, activity, goals, allergies and pregnancy information, for your tracking, trends and personalized wellbeing features. Connected health data is included only when separately connected.
Choice: I explicitly consent to processing my health data for these health and wellbeing features.
Without health consent, account controls, subscription management, export, deletion and support remain available. Profile → Health and AI choices provides withdrawal. Health withdrawal also stops AI and starts erasure of purpose-held health records and AI history; account and subscription remain.

Leo sends messages, selected photos and relevant profile/health/conversation context to Google's Gemini models through Vertex AI for chat, greetings, meal-photo analysis, memory and generated check-ins when enabled. The Privacy Policy explains task inputs, EU processing and retained provider safety information. AI can be wrong and is not medical advice.
Choice: I explicitly consent to sharing this health information with Google Gemini for Leo's AI features.
AI can stay off while manual health tracking remains available with health consent. Withdrawal through Profile → Health and AI choices stops AI features and starts erasure of AI chat history and unconfirmed photo entries waiting to sync. Manual health data, account and subscription remain. Already-admitted provider work may finish.
Analytics and marketing
Analytics: PostHog EU receives account-linked feature-use events and limited properties after separate opt-in. Entry values and chat/photo/free-text content are excluded, but feature use may reveal health-related activities or interests. The Tracking and Analytics Notice explains the exact scope and Profile → Product analytics withdrawal/history cleanup.
Marketing: the optional choice permits Leo news and offers by email. You can ask support@meetleo.app to withdraw it. It is separate from necessary service messages, analytics, health/AI choices and notification permission.
Offline withdrawal closes the affected local purpose and is reconciled when online. Regrant requires completed cleanup and a new explicit choice. Neither withdrawal nor account deletion automatically cancels a store subscription.
