When you join the waitlist, we store your email address, page language, signup source, consent timestamp and record-creation timestamp. Vercel, our website host, also routinely processes technical request metadata needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser or device information, requested page, and request time. We do not intentionally collect health data through this website or waitlist.

We use your waitlist details to manage your signup and send launch or early-access updates on the basis of your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Routine technical metadata is processed as needed to provide and secure the site and for our legitimate interests in reliability and abuse prevention. We do not use this data for automated decisions or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Vercel hosts the website, and Supabase stores waitlist records in an EU region. Both providers may use subprocessors, and data may be processed in or transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area. Leo does not claim that all waitlist processing remains exclusively in the EU. For current information about applicable transfer safeguards, email support@meetleo.app. We do not sell personal data.

We keep waitlist data while we send relevant launch and early-access updates, until you withdraw consent, or until it is no longer needed; we may retain a minimal suppression record where necessary to respect an opt-out or meet legal obligations. Hosting security logs follow the provider’s retention schedule. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object where processing relies on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time.
