1. Eligibility and acceptance

By using the website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. You must have legal capacity to do so; if you are under the age of majority where you live, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian. Please provide an email address you are authorised to use.

2. Waitlist communications and withdrawal

If you consent and join the waitlist, we may email you about Leo’s launch and early access. You can unsubscribe through any email link or by contacting support@meetleo.app. Leaving the list does not affect your ability to visit the website.

3. No guaranteed access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an invitation, launch date, availability in your country, feature set or price. Product descriptions, images and demonstrations are preliminary and may change. A waitlist signup is not a purchase or reservation.

4. Website use, intellectual property and liability

Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its security or operation. The Leo name, branding, copy, designs and website materials belong to PH Art Culture Consulting SRL or its licensors and may not be reused without permission except as allowed by law. We provide this preliminary website on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from its use. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

5. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms as the website or waitlist changes and will post the revised date here. Belgian law applies, and the courts of Brussels have jurisdiction, subject always to mandatory consumer protections and any right a consumer has to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence. Questions can be sent to support@meetleo.app.
